At MADE U, all garments are made-to-measure to your provided preferences and measurements.Â
If you experience a fitting issue after receiving your garment, you are eligible for one free alteration. To request this, please email us at support@madeu.in within 48 hours of delivery, mentioning your order number and describing the issue. Our advisor will connect with you to guide the alteration process.Â
If, after one alteration, the garment still does not meet your fitting expectations, we will accept the return and provide a 100% refund. Refunds are processed after the returned garment is received and inspected.Â
This policy applies only to genuine fitting-related issues. The garment must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. Requests related to incorrect measurements submitted by the customer, changes in style preferences after delivery, or minor variations that naturally occur in custom tailoring are not covered under this policy.Â

Shipping and Delivery Policy
All orders are shipped through reputed courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Estimated delivery timelines range from 3 to 14 business days, depending on the destination, serviceability of the location, and courier network conditions.Â
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as remote locations, local regulations, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical delays.Â
Once the order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared for your reference.Â
