Yes, every garment is tailored based on your selected design and measurements to ensure a personalized fit. 

How do I provide my measurements?

You can enter your measurements manually or use our AI measurement tool for guided assistance. 

Is the AI measurement tool accurate?

Our AI tool provides smart estimates, but we recommend reviewing the measurements carefully before confirming your order. 

How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 3–14 business days, depending on your location and accessibility. 

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started. 

What if my garment doesn’t fit properly?

No worries! You are eligible for one free alteration. Just email us at support@madeu.in within 48 hours of delivery, and our advisor will assist you. 

What happens if the garment still doesn’t fit after alteration?

If the fit issue remains after one alteration, you can return the garment for a 100% refund. 

Do you accept returns for any reason?

Since our garments are custom-made, returns are only accepted for genuine fitting issues that remain unresolved after one alteration. 

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you.
