Do I need to know my measurements?
No. Start with an enquiry. Your tailor can guide you through measurements at home, a digital route, using a well-fitting garment or an in-person check, subject to availability.
What determines the price?
Your fabric, garment and agreed details. Premium shirt options start at ₹6,000. Other garments are quoted for your selection. The team will explain the options and confirm the price before you place an order.
Can a tailor visit me?
Ask for an in-person visit in your enquiry. The team will confirm serviceability, arrangements and any charges. MADEU’s published home-visit offer for suits applies above ₹30,000; ask the team about your garment.
When will my garment be ready?
Your tailor will confirm the making, fitting and delivery plan for your garment before you order. Tell us if you have a particular occasion in mind.
What if the fit needs attention?
Email support@madeu.in within 48 hours of delivery for a fitting issue. Eligible orders receive one free alteration. If the issue remains unresolved, MADEU’s policy provides a refund after return and inspection. Conditions and exclusions apply.
