Terms & Condition

  1. Product Representation
    We make every effort to display fabric colors, textures, and designs as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen settings. Fabric swatches are recommended before bulk orders. 
  2. Orders & Production
    All orders are considered confirmed only after full payment has been successfully received in our bank account. 
  3. Pricing
    Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs, customization, and order quantity. Final pricing will be confirmed in the Proforma Invoice. 
  4. Payment Terms
    Payments must be made as per the terms mentioned in the Proforma Invoice. Orders may be delayed if payments are not received on time. 
  5. Delivery Timeline
    Production and delivery timelines begin from the date of payment receipt. Estimated delivery time is 3–14 business days depending on location and accessibility. 
  6. Returns & Claims
    Any claims regarding shortages or defects must be reported within 7 days of receiving the goods, along with supporting photos and details. Claims made after this period may not be accepted. 
  7. Intellectual Property
    All designs, fabric developments, and garment styles created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. 
  8. Force Majeure
    We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, transport issues, or supplier disruptions.
